Online payments will only be done through PayPal – no admin charge and we will never receive any complete credit card details or keep such information. Still worried? Be Delighted or Paid Back

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, under the unfortunate situation that you are not, Soap 'n Sorbet will accept returns of products within 7 working days after receiving your parcel. The products must be returned in a perfect state for sale and in their original state (packaging, explanatory leaflets etc). Read more here.
