Do I need to create an account to shop?
There is no obligation to create an account to shop. However, we would strongly recommend that you do so for the following benefits:
- Members-only promotions and discounts.
- Save your profile to shop with ease and convenience.
- Create wish lists and save your favourite items.
- Access all historical order records.
How do I create an account?
Simply click on
Register at the top of the web site. Alternatively, you can register before checking out your purchases. Your email address will serve as the login name, and you will be asked to provide a password. Please refer to our
Privacy and Security Policy to review how we will use such information. You may view or change your profile and account details at any time by logging in via
Member Login.

Product availability are indicated on each product page. We aim to replenish our stocks as fast as we can. However, this may sometimes take longer given our products mostly come from independent manufacturers, whom may have longer turnover-times to make their products ultra special (especially when some are hand-made with love and care!)

What are your on-line payment options?
We use PayPal as our on-line payment gateway, which allows you to use Visa and MasterCards. Please see our Privacy and Security Policy on the use of PayPal. An automatic receipt will be sent to your email address upon successful payment clearance.
Can I pay off-line?
Yes! For DOMESTIC purchases, we also accept off-line payments bank transfers (internet or ATM). We bank with DBS/POSB and UOB, of which the bank details will be visible at the end of check-out.
For all off-line payments only, please email us your order number, transfer date, and transaction reference number once payment has been made. We will then email you a confirmation upon payment clearance.
How quickly do I need to pay?
Note that we will cancel all unpaid orders 5 working days after you have placed your order.

How fast will I receive my goods?
Most orders are processed for dispatch within 1-3 days of payment clearance. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following delivery day.
Domestic deliveries will generally take 1-3 days, whilst international orders may take 6-15 days.
What are your domestic delivery methods and fees?
SingPost standard mail: This is our default method. Delivery is
FREE for single purchases above SG$60. Otherwise you will be charged according to the weight of your package - as low as SG$1.5 which steps up gradually to SG$6 for packages >1kg. This will be calculated automatically during check-out. Delivery by this method is
not tracked. No signature will be required. Note that SingPost does not deliver packages weighing above 2kg. We will then opt for courier service or SpeedPost Islandwide of which a signature will be needed upon receipt.
Registered mail:
If you'd like to opt for a track-able delivery method, you have the option to upgrade to the SingPost registered mail service for an additional fee of
SG$2.24 per package. A signature will be required upon receipt. A tracking number will also be made available to you.
Restricted zones:
There will be a an additional surcharge of
SG$10.20 to restricted areas including Changi Airfreight, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, and PSA Terminal/Wharves and Mindef COMCEN. No delivery will be made to other offshore islands, Changi Airport transit louges, military camp sites, or Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! Our default method is via SingPost Registered Mail or SpeedPost Air Parcel. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your parcel (including packaging) and will be calculated automatically upon check-out.
International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Soap 'n Sorbet will not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes. If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country and returned to Soap 'n Sorbet, we regret that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Peak seasons and holidays.
Delays may occur during peak/holiday seasons. Please ensure you allow for ample time to place your orders.
How do I track my order?
Input your order number in Track My Order at the top of the website at anytime to view your order status. For registered members, an alternative is to click on "My Order History" in "My Account".
What if I am not in?
Depending on the size of your package it may not fit into your mail box. You will usually receive a Notice of Attempted Deliveries, of which you may choose to have your package re-delivered or to arrange for personal collection. Please ensure that you collect your package within the specified time period, otherwise your goodies will be sent back to us!
We are happy to re-deliver the package to you, but unfortunately you will be charged this second delivery fee including purchases which were originally eligible for free delivery.
Packaging
It is our commitment to delivery your goods in perfect condition! Thus we take great care to pack your goods in sturdy boxes, packing peanuts & bubble wraps. Note that given the large number of boxes that we receive from our suppliers, we may recycle these boxes for your goods in order to be more environmentally friendly!
Problems with delivery
Lost mail: We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience! Note that deliveries could simply be delayed in the shipping process. Should you fail to receive your package 15 working days after our indicative delivery date, please get in touch here. We will assist in tracking down the whereabouts of your package, and will evaluate solutions to remedy the situation.
Damaged goods: We understand the frustration of receiving damaged goods (being avid on-line shoppers ourselves!). Please inspect your purchases immediately after receipt, and contact us here should they be broken/damaged. Unfortunately we will not be liable for damages incurred during delivery as these are out of our control. However, we will evaluate solutions to find a remedy for you!
Wrong goods: We are very sorry for our mistake! Please contact us here and we will correct the situation!

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us
here as soon as possible. Since most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days of placing your order, it may or may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been shipped.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, under the unfortunate situation that you are not, Soap 'n Sorbet will accept returns of products within 7 working days after receiving your parcel. The products must be returned in a perfect state for sale and in their original state (packaging, explanatory leaflets etc). We really appreciate your understanding on this given the nature of our products. Contact us
here with your details (name, order number, reason for return), and we will reply with the return instructions.
Your payments for the goods will be refunded via the original payment method, no later than 10 working days after we have received the returned merchandise. We will not refund the original delivery charges unless it is a Soap 'n Sorbet error. The return delivery charges will also not be reimbursed.

We understand your need to try before you buy, hence we will include
1-3 free samples (according to the value of your purchase) everytime you shop with us. Feel free to indicate any specific sample requests in the comment box during check-out and we will try our best to fulfill them.
Note that we will custom fill and label samples for brands which do not come in pre-packed forms. Under such cases, manufacturer directions, ingredients and specifications will not be listed.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Your gift can either be sent to yourself or directly to the recipient, just indicate the recipient's shipping address and we will do the rest. We will also take caution not to include any invoices that will give you away!
I bought a card at your store, can you write on it on my behalf?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you'd like us to write and we will mail this off together with your gift!

Please examine the product ingredient lists carefully before purchase to ascertain that you are not allergic to a particular substance. We would also recommend a skin patch test prior to usage to ensure full compatibility with your skin. Simply apply a small amount of the product to the inside skin of your wrist to ensure there is no redness or rash, burning or prickling sensation, or discoloration of the skin.
